Plat levels

So I started to really play this game a week ago bought plat n made a dex bear. I really enjoy him an he is 24 now, and I am having a hard time trying to find the right place to level him. I was going to buy some places that require plat but wanted to hold off until I knew that if I do purchase these places do all my character's I make have access to them or do I have to rebuy them for alts

After you buy the maps that cost plats, it will be available for all characters on your account.
It is the same with emotes. One time purchase, available on all your alts.

Increasing storage space/auction slots will only be for the character that you increased.

For lvl 24, you might want to lvl at 'The Lost Expedition' until 33.
Then move on to 'Alien Oasis'. That's what I did.
