So I decided I wanted to play around with PL a bit today, re-installed it... and my account is gone, I figured I'd try and see if I was just forgetting my email address... no accounts registered to any of my emails... what gives? I'm kinda pissed as I had bought plat and all that jazz.....

Interesting.. Yeah totally email support. They are your best bet. If you purchased platinum and this is a legitimate glitch/bug, they will do everything they can do help you.
