Both are good. I would take maridos over toor any time, but it is more of a personal preference. If you have a mage+glintstone rogue or whim user toor would be better. In all other cases mari is better for a rogue.
P.S. Keep in mind that during the aa buff is up you practically have 9 more crit with mari than with toor. It is a huge difference!
