Hit% over 100 actually do anything?

That's a good question. If yours is over 100%, do you ever miss an attack?

There are some boss monsters that can cripple your chance to hit (if they attack you with their special abilities) - so having a hit chance greater than 100% in those cases can be very helpful. :)
