BowBear Help

I am new to the game, and today I created a bear archer. I have been having tons of fun with him, but wanted to make sure that I am on the right track. Here is a screenshot of him regular:

Is everything looking okay so far? Any tips? Ive been managing great on mana with the robe and fine on health, and i dont have the prot buffs yet. I was thinking of respeccing and pouring ALL points into dex once i get the iron blood and evade i think it was. Thoughts? I put my skill points in rage and stomp. What kind of bow should i be using as i gain levels? And please, any helpful tips or anything would be greatly appreciated, just started playing yesterday and looking forward to playing and learning more.

I don't think you need to respec. Having some points in Str is fine. I haven't done a bowbear, so am far from expert, but I would probably put at least 11 in Str to get the 1 H/s that provides. As for bows, crossbows are the way to go (usually whatever gives highest DPS), and if you're interested in non-bow dex weapons, I just started using a talon with a dex enchantress and it's nice.
