Mini-Rollbacks

Hey guys, is anybody else experiencing mini-rollbacks for the forums?

Like, 15 minute rollbacks?

I sent a PM, and received one, but soon after it was deleted.
I'm pretty sure we're having mini-rollbacks, or I'm just drunk and being stupid right now.
And I didn't even drink an ounce yet.
