Can anyone teach me how to craft the eye of syrillax? Bought the recipes but can't seem to use it

Cause we can't craft it anymore. It was craft able only during winter event 2014. Sell your recipes it's all what you can do

maybe it can be used for later event next year?
Cannot be use anymore, coz it need blood, fire, glacial essences which discontinued already.
