Freeze Screen after 1/23 update

Noticed today i ran arena hundred times and everysingle of it has "freeze screen" a bit nor too much, its not about the connection i think , my ping is stable as always, just the screen. Has anyone experiencing the same ? Especially at elite maps, large pull. Tried everything like delete all apps only to play AL but still not working :( . Before 1/23 update (which is add "deary banner" into menu) i had no problem at all

I was in guildhall yesterday and out of nowhere my screen just freezes which has never happened before! @.@ i was chatting with a friend in guildhall.This didnt happen once this happened a few times during the day

I've had a few moments in PvP where my ping was like 98 and my screen would freeze for a few moments. And no it wasn't ping spike because my ping stayed the same

My device spec are, android lolipop version, Quadcore processor 1,5ghz, 1GB RAM, graphic adreno 3. The screen still lag wonder why O.O

I'm having some screen freezes too...highly annoying.
