Spending a lot of dough possibly need people

Hypothetically let's say I try to use a lot of the new 4x elixirs, being lvl 36 pure int mage, where is best any even plat dungeons for me to lvl and put it to good use?
Also does ther elixir only work when in battle portal or it keeps rolling even if you log off or go city?
I need a team!! Reliable one, where to get it?

Level in AO1 until you get 38 then go to plasma pyramid in Alien Oasis II

As silent said, you can level in Plasma Pyramid at lvl 38 then move to Keeper runs at 43.
