A record?

A few nights ago, I was power levelling my main to 56. No easy feat I'll tell you that. But in all the runs in about 4 hours, I got SEVEN, not six, not five, but seven pinks. I received;

A Fury fighters gemstone sword
2 mega mage gem star wands
2 fortified gemstone shield recipes
A raid roach auto-bow
And last, but certainly not least
A mega mages gemstone wand

More than 2 pinks per hour. Every pink that dropped went to me. I gave 3 of them to my friend that was helping me, because I felt bad that so many pinks were dropping to me so quickly. To say the least I was definitely speechless! Has anyone ever gotten more than this in such a short span of time? I had a 1.5x combo elixir on most of the time, but I never 'rerolled' for loot. Did I somehow stumble upon some secret Easter egg? Does space-time just love me?

I know right? I'm positive if I kept playing that night I'd get even more, but with little sleep and about 2.5 million in drops in my pocket I decided to stop. I haven't had such luck since.

Also I can't totally prove this(though I really wish I could) but I swear on my life this is the truth.

Well, I'm sure I posted it somewhere already, but I got 4 pinks once in under an hour. A complete MM staff set (cowl, robes and staff) and a fortified recipe. I got 2 more in the hour that followed.

Wow, sounds like a nice night! Best I've done is two pinks and a friend got 3, but he was pulling an all-nighter. Congrats! It must've been a fun ride and now you have what we used to call in the SCA, a "no s*** story"; as in, "No s***, there I was, surrounded by 37 and a half swordsmen..." ;)

Wow talk about a good day lol i thought i did good when trash dropped me three pinks in less than 3 hours lol ................but i havent gotten a sewer pink since lol and its been weeks

Asommers is right, all drops are random.
But for myself, I always believe that last one to hit the monster, therefore killing it, gets the best drop.
Your combo gave you more damage and let you do more damage on the last blow, killing it before others.
Thats my theory, probably incorrect but little superstition i blieve^^

Also, ive gotten 5 pinks in 7 hours but thats NOTHING compared to your lucky day...0.0
