What a joke these chests are!!!! Opened maybe 600 plat worth and all I got were weak and standard jewels and not even any finesse jewels that I mainly wanted not even 1 weak finesse!!! You guys are jokes!! You guys are money hungry and only care about your income!!

Hey remi we the people from arlor want to farm stat jewels like before , the jewel system is messed up :| gem system was better cause you could've farm anywhere to get stat gems but now only place you can farm is tindrin and up :( back than at least everyone had 3+ stat but nowadays we can't afford to have at least 1 stat each (except if your rich) we need ya to fix the jewel system so we can farm anywhere not only endgame maps ,...... Only rich people are the ones with the good upgraded gear , poor people struggle to get atleast 1 weak jewel can ya at least make jewels drop anywhere? Or just increase the drop rate I'm tired of spending 1-3hours for 1 weak jewel -.-
PS: I know people are gonna say under my comment that my luck is bad and stuff but nah you can ask mostly anyone and they will say the gem system is better than jewels.

well jewels werent the good way of making money out of it. Easy to farm easy to cap, easy to hoard We have exponential jewel system now with extremely low drop rates (stat jewels) to make it extremely difficult to reach noble (2187 cracked) mutiply it with 18 available slot equals to 39366 which can take 100 years to farm
its basicly a sinkhole, there allways will be demand for it. and it will allways be a way to take cash out of it

Remi, I appreciate you taking in our feedback and I get that you toy with different things in the game to keep balance and for that thanks. I am in no way whining, but keep in mind that I could basically buy Magma or Scorch for the same cost as 6 jewel chests.
As a plat spender in the game I love spending real money and making Sts money but the return or chance of a good return has to be there. Give me a good reason to spend my money and I will!

Perhaps at first, but many players run multiple classes of toons. Guaranteed jewel type should be a given, or at least primary stat type (fin, fury, mind) guaranteed.

40 plat for a *chance* at a decent jewel smells like an even more expensive locked crate to me.

You guys need to rethink this one.

I have one suggestion I'd like you to hear Remiem, can you add jewels to "All" Chests in game. As in having a chance to get one from copper, silver, and gold chest.
Here's how it'll work

Copper chest: (Chance)
For all types of jewels but a low chance.

Silver chest: (Chance)
Fury, Mind, and finesse
Jewels low chance [ONLY]

Gold chest: (Chance)
Fury, Mind, Chaos, and Finesse jewels. With a decent drop [ONLY]
(only from gold chests there is a chance for cracked-weak)
This would actually raise the price of chests and people would actually enjoy looting a chest from any map knowing they have a chance for a jewel instead of looting rare and epic items that'll just go to liquidation.

So everyone I know who actually opened those extremely overpriced chests didn't get a single main stat jewel. Are the main stat jewel even in the chests? The current number of main stat jewels on the cs would imply that they are either not, nor that nobody is opening the chests.

P.S. please do look at the number of main stat jewels available on the cs. I don't think it is good for the game that there aren't even enough finesse jewels (of standard and higher quality) in total to slot the gear of a single character/player. Is this really how you intended it to be?

Issue with the system why not differentiate jewels according to their demand and drop rate? Everyone knows water, nature, diamond, light jewels which easily drop no one like them before supber or noble even noble water is very less demanded. And each time when you give chance for jewel drops why do you add these jewels (like nature,water, diamond, light jewel elixir, drop from large cakes , rengol before fix, jewel sake and now jewel chest). Simply remove them from 40plats worth chests so buyers wouldn't regret, and from cakes, sake etc which all are tradables they will automatically adjust their price when you will remove water nature diamond and light.
About jewel drop rates: ill suggest devs should recruit players who will test the drop rates by them selves and calculate how long fully +4/+5 stats gear will take for us it it is 4-5months atleast day-night farming with clean gears.
Please do something which helps everyone (not only plat users).

Prevent jewel prices to go lower price. Coz Noble jewel for 100k is a joke (fin/fury/mind). Look what happened to those arcanes. But in the other side, we need another way to farm higher tier main stat jewel @ elites so it can revive or add more interest for playing.

i just wanna remind you about this, what is the goal why they made a jewel chest??(bcuz thr is alot of complain about jewels) cuz nobles are very hard to get and spending millions for noble just to add a small stats is not really worth it...thats why sts planned to solve it buy using jewel chest, but now they made it, its still useless cuz it is still hard to get and still cost high... so basically sts goal is to decrease the jewel price NOT to prevent jewel price to become lower just like what u said...

After opening around 15 of these chests in the hope of finding at least 1 jewel which is above standard, which in the end I have not gained and after most comments I have been reading on this thread. It's indeed that the chance is not there or is just as low as finding a fossil in Arena chests :D. Pretty harsh words, but I do agree that this was a terrible idea ! for 40 plat it should have only been the big 3 in the chests, Finese, Fury, and Mind ! just as bad an idea as Deary for 1350 plat !
Put the jewel chest in the circular file !!! and drop the Deary price, its does seem like your trying to get more out of your dedicated fans who spend their hard earned cash for plat !
By the way I didn't buy a single jewel crate and didn't even consider buying Deary ! both bad ideas and black eyes for STS !
The jewel elixir was a big winner for me, and I think many will agree, BRING IT BACK !!!
