Plat offers only last for 7 days once you tap it, otherwise they expire. Try sending them the email with the ss of the history(top right of the screen) and ss of each offers showing that you've already finish the requirements.

I've tried Game of War SOOOOO many times in the past and no plat has been received.
Oh and btw it's saying a horoscope thing if I'm not mistaken.
