Will class changes every be available or are they?

Hello, I have a lvl 52 1/2 enchantress but I've recently decided I want a bird because of seeing they they are amazing in both pve and pvp is there anyway i can swap this character to a bird bwcause it took me quite a while to get 52 1/2.

Also, sometimes you feel like doing lots of damage, sometimes you feel like hanging out with friends and healing and sometimes you feel like leading.
And of course, it helps to understand the skills and roles of each class. The game is actually very different using different classes and in seeing an area from a different perspective.

As Mage I hate that birds die always, as bird I hate when mages never heal and as bear I hate when mages and birds wont kill all mobs I pull. That's why I made all three, to play each class when I feel to play what I want to and what group requires. :)
