Armor vs Health ?

Need some opinions and maybe some brainiac can conjure up a chart.
on the weak and standard jewels the ratio is about 3:1 Health to Armor

Weak Nature = +36 Health
Weak Diamond = +12 Armor

Standard Nat = +48 Health
Standard Dia = +15 Armor

So in PVP or PVE what really offers the best protection ?

IMO go for health ... Armor can be debuffed so having that little armor will just go away. Health won't it'll stay the same.

I think armor is always the best because if you have high armor your health is lower meaning you can heal faster and you hp will go down slower cuz of high armor.

Heal faster in this case would be only an optical illusion.
