Hi, everytime I start PL up on my android it starts downloading the patches, even though I downloaded them 10 minutes earlier. Any way to fix this?

Its something clearing your cache do you use a cache cleaner?
Or maybe its the device auto clearing the cache because of shortage of memory try uninstalling any apps you dont need also the browser cache can get large if not cleared.
