Current level 70 full int magelike

I'm looking for some guidance.

I'm new to the game just building my Mage. Currently level 70 or 71..... I get killed so fast. I'm full int... Granted my gear sucks. But I was wondering if going full int to lvl 75 for fiery set would be a good choice,

I am PVE only and this character will be used to farm. Would like to be able to solo maps without dying..... Another option would,be savage set... Enough str for it then rest to int?


I also played with a Mage that was str/dex.. With a bow.. And killing everything and not dying... Lvl 70. But wouldn't tell me what gear he was using.....

I recommend to just go 80. The elite gear is inexpensive and soloing is very doable. You can be full int as well

If you want to farm blacksmoke then use lust gear (easier to solo with that than with fiery)

Problem right now is that im dying so often... always having to get someone to revive me sucks.

what gear should I be using now at level 71 till I get to 75 and above?

If you have plat then buy elixirs. If not then just run fang to level

Yeh i guess my only option is elixrs for now. Godess costs too much

So is full int better than int/str for PVE survivability?

depends really. at 80 dex/ int is tanky but so is str/int so..
