The people sending links to goldceo.com in game won't stop.. Maybe try to ban them by device id and ip?

VPNs can change IPs
also I heard around that people are getting banned for saying it too lol
STS, I'm going to assume you edited the chatbox file to look for that website name.
Though I think you may need to revise it to check for whether it includes non alphabetical characters
before you move forth with the banning. As it seems that real players are falling into the ban as well.
