It's been a while since I played my archer but I think Isis is the best level 45 helm and armor you can get plus a red scarab bow.
Add Imfrank in game. I may have some stuff you can have.

Isis provides an increase in INT. If it is dex you are looking for, then Horus is what you want. Raptorhide is the best leather (IMO), but horus is a good sub.
