How many points to Ice Storm?

Hello everyone I am making a new mage that will go up to l80 and use it solely for farming items (PVE). How many points should i put in Ice Storm for PVE because I know they wont increase much of damage but take note its for PVE. Thanks

1 in icestorm is plenty. 1 ms. You don't need 9 in frostburn or drain either because they attack only one target however i would max out fire light and both debuffs instead.

1 in ice storm is enough for me. Of course maybe it's because the new elite gear is OP. I used to die a lot in caverns with lust.
