Blue crystals

So i was watching para sign and I took an as of a bunch of blue green crystals and I'm wondering what there are. I've seen them a lot lately getting close to endgame. Is it from a pets as or is is the affect of an item? Or is it a skill that I don't know about?146856

Those green blue/red crystals are from ancient planar pendants a circle of green crystals around a sphere is glintstone rifle proc

Im sorry i have not kept up with endgame but didnt the glint gun's proc use to look something like a Nekro AA (a shield and speed)as long as you were inside that cricle? Is it better now or was it better before? :o

that is proc if the player is wearing a planar pendant the crystals depend on what gem/jewel you put (fire, wind, blood) or the other stuff lol

No. The planar pendant proc which spawns crystals are determined by the classes of the player. Rogues spawn red crystals , warriors green and sorcerers blue

This one is glinstone mythic gun proc.
As for planar pendant.
It proc when player take damage. It don't depends on gems or jewels...
It depends on class that you are playing. Rogue have red crystals which add critical and dodge.
Warriors have green which heals you, add heal, and armor. Mage blue crystals recovery your mana, and add damage.
