Duel bug

Does anybody else saw the duel bug? When i vs my rogue friend he have 3-0 but he don't kill me even once,the duel just end after some hits and say 3-0 but no deads/kills....this is annoying (sorry for my bad english)

Seems there are many "duel map" bugs. Medic packs, planar proc crystals, and sns pools stay behind between rounds and skills freeze up just to name a few..
