When you scroll through the chat history, and then close the keyboard (which also closes chat scroll), the chat goes back to the most recent messages. However, when the keyboard is opened again to write a new message, the chat will revert back to wherever you had last scrolled. This seems like a bug to me, and if it's not then it's annoying intended behavior ;)
