Deary ring needs a buff

So , we have recently received a new mythic ring , and I'm surprised how useless it is , the stats are low , and the proc seems to only slow down the runs and sometimes kill you lol ( happened to me a couple of times ) I was thinking , maybe this ring deserves a buff? The concept of an item scaling to your lvl is awesome I was hopping this ring would be 2nd best after arc . But it ended out not being able to even beat blood Ruby at lvl46 XD I think some higher stats would be nice , like add an extra 0.5 dmg for each lvl , and it will be perfect . And maybe mobs that are in the other dimension should receive DoT dmg? Just to make it more useful , what do you guys think?

That ability of the portal need to be removed from the ring. This disrupts.
