Elond gun or wisdom for pvp?

I have a plan to buy one of them, but IMO elond gun looks nice and give proc like armor n dodge reduce ability. But wisdom have a higher dmg. I need your advice/opinion what should i buy? Thanks :)

Proc is very helpful too and do more damage.
