When the bar is full filled, a portal to a boss will spawn, so my question is, that boss has a chance to drop gold letter chest to craft the arcane backpack??

I thought it was they dropped lovecraft (2016) chests, and those chests have a chance for backpack...

Remember the Golden Chest vanities are NOT tradeable once they drop from the chest. However, the chest itself is tradeable.

boss will drop a chest only if you have a golden love elixir active
you can loot the back pack from that chest . . but not golden letters
