dual spec mage

I have a 56 mage with a dex CoP. What are the exact steps to be able to equip mm wand set and sewer king bow with crown and a good cheap leather that works for mages? Ellys guide confuses me -_- step by step please?

Ok, at 139/139, your goal is the stat at 173 to put on L55 items:

Generally you're looking for 3 +8 items and one L50 +10 item = 139 + 24 + 10 = 173. You can do 3 L45s then an L50 -- put on your +8 helm 1st (should be wearable). If you can get a better +50 item (+11 or +12 stat), you can use one or more +7 lower level items. If you can get +8 lower than L45 items, you can put those on any order to start. Save your boost outfit in a quick load slot.

If you are unable initially to get +8 items and/or better L50, then you'll need to double boost. Your 2nd boost can take up another quick load slot or you can do it manually. Preferably, you do not want to double boost.

At 173 stats, you can wear L55 items. Put those on and save in a quick load slot. You'll need to tap the boost outfit before you can wear this one.

Repeat for your other stat.

yeah items you should look to use are

Dex spec-usually equip a swamp leather or some item that bumps you up to be able to use your first slot
some items that are usefull in this type of spec are horus for + 8 and jewel thief for + 7 if you can get the armor and helm and a dagger and a shield that are at least + 5 you should have enough to use your void or other 50 items and from there on you should jsut use orange 51-55 to get you there

Int spec-for this you would usually do the same thing find wand and shield that give at least 5 int and a pink armor and helm that requires the amount of int you have to get you up to 45 items. Items you should look for on a mage are usually isis + 8 int or mastery which usually gives 7 + int from there you should look for cosmos, cyber, or fate which is alot cheaper and easier to get then cosmos. Try to find a burning wand of fate + 8 and a isis eye + 8, Unblinking eye + 8, or gurgox eye of cosmos which usually gives 10-11 int. From there you should try to get to 63 int where you can use your orange 51 things or use your equiped things to get to be able to use your mm ok hopes this helps lol sure you new this but wasnt sure.:D
