Wings?

ive never seen them drop

can someone tell me where they drop?
and do they come for low levels? (low as in like lvl 15)

Well, you can order them at Little Caesar's for an extremely cheap price, only 2.99 for wings, I think. Also, Pizza Hut's Wings are OK, but go to Wing Stop! Best wing shop ever! (EDIT: Oh and weak, ik)

OK, just kidding, I think. They drop everywhere. You just have to get lucky. There are some wings under level 15 (Man this sounds weird) but, they are either considerably expensive for new players (10k-250k) or just plain rare drops, that aren't worth much.

I can't think of any wings that drop before level 21 and the common-ish ones are level 25...
There used to be one you could buy that was level 2 and the XMas drops. You can still see these sometimes in CS.
Other than that, there's the 4-item plat pack at level 10 in the plat store.

I've seen wings and talons drop at level 19 (balefort area), but they are not pinks. You could probably get them to drop at level 15 with a low level party, but I haven't tried. I believe the first pink talons and wings drop in fathom crypts, but I could very well be wrong.

Just checked the CS - the lowest is the lvl 10 peppemint wing. The lowest normal wing is 15, so balefort is your best bet.
