Paying for lvling expedition lvl 28-30

I'm looking to lvl from 28-30 quickly and efficiently ....I'm have the money to pay what ever the rate of the player is and will pay per run(otherwise people run off ripping me off) looking for a lvl 50+ preferabbly and someone that is really FAST at killing (probably mages or birds ) Ty Ign xxxshanksxxx

groups are formed all the time on that map grab some quests and join those groups. power lvling is frowned upon even for money i wont power lvl others.

Leveling is so fast in that range and area. I gotta wonder when someone needs help...
