You can buy it at ur mobile phone by ir provider, itunes card or google play card :)

Try going to a electronic store, like here in the u.s if you go to best buy there's all kinds of cards , maybe go to the city to a electronic store or any store

first: are you using and android phone, or apple phone?
two: what is current cellphone provider e.g smart, touch mobile,
three: is your phone number registered to your email.. @apple or @gmail
