Whats with the mages with Gigantic bow?

I see a lot of Lvl 55-56 Ints with that recurve bow(with pink crystal) which means they are Dexchantress..Is this a new best thing now or something? Their DPS is pretty high but is it worth it?

Thats either the raid roach or customized recurve, two best bows in the game, for now at least ;)

They're like a glass cannon, most damage in the game due to crit, but they are really fragile.

Hahah lol ikr since they rely in mana sheild and there new high armor (higher then bird) they lost more armor and have weaker mana sheild while a bird can dodge and what nots of birdies

A Dexchantress is more like a few-second berserker. They have almost no mana regen to last them a long fight, but for a few seconds with all their crit/armor buffs and Mana shield, they're a beast with insane attack and decent defense. Mages last longer in fights because of their higher regen and armor, but Dexmages are pretty brutal if you're an archer with no defense but your extremely limited armor and some dodge. And dodge doesn't seem to effect Dexchantresses' attacks much if at all.
