id assume the bolded means you completed as many as you could, not what im thinking.

Not sure, try reinstalling, rebooting, resetting.

I have the same problem, my offers have been gone for over 2 weeks now.
But if you send NativeX support a email with the question if they can help you, they'll "reset" your nativex and you'll be able to do it again!

Is it a question of having no offers, or having no nativex button on "earn free platinum" it's 2 entirely different things, i can help with the first, 2nd i believe is a device issue, though not sure

Yep, there are issues with platinum, & i think they are trying to fix it.
Though trial play still works.

I have had the same offer a while ago, i have completed the "stronghold to l21", now the offer is gone.
I already send a email with pictures to NativeX support but they are not responding........
Getting a bit anoyed of that

Don't even bother sending them emails about that game of war offer, there just running it until this month ends because of there contract with game of war & if that's not enough they explicitly told one of the beta testers at machinezone that there not honoring it because it would make it so you would never have to use there service again, in theory at least, unless you can spend 28k plat in a year lol. But there under promotional contract so all they can do Is ignore support request about it. Just a heads up I guess since I use to be a beta tester for "race or die & original gangsta" these where owned by machinezone. "Where"

Also did this offer & was completely ignored on two different emails, one was just the game of war support email, completely & utterly ignored, after that one I got crafty & listed another offer & then the game of war offer & then another offer, they replied & credited the first offer blew by the game of war offer & completed & credited the third one. Asked why they didn't complete fire age offer & still haven't gotten a msg back, thank god I still have friends playing machinezone stuff on palringo, because I'd still be msging native about it.147847

Not machinezone's fault, that's nativex which is the on not giving it's credits. I posted about it in my first post here.
