Something is wrong with Trialpay support page as it won't allow me to report for an offer I have completed and not received plats for. I have no idea how else to report this problem and I won't part with my money for nothing, someone in sts needs to reslove this with Trialpay so I can contact Trialpay and get my plats!

I've spoken to some guy called Chad from STS Helpdesk but he doesn't seem to know how to read or he is just too lazy to do something about it. I've told him that I can't contact support for Trialpay so he sends me a link on how to contact fyber support then he closes my case as I get a email asking for feedback :/

Please tell me I'm not the only one with this issue.

I'm hoping a forum moderator can help me out here as support has t been much help.

Don't bother completing their offers,
they have a 0.000001% reward rate anyways :/

I have already completed a paid offer hence the post... I won't be doing another Trialpay offer in the future that's for sure

STS, just letting you all know, Fyber and TrialPlay are two different companies. You can't really tell Fyber to credit a player's account if said player did not complete an offer from Fyber.

@xxSkyxx

I did a search, this appears to be TrialPlay's way of contact: https://www.trialpay.com/support/contactus/
