Eloia bow proc

Hey all
I think eloia bow's proc is kinda hurt to low lv.. it gives big damages.. i had 2,1k hp at lv13 and it decrease my hp almost 70% isn't it weird?

Lol were you naked? I highly doubt the proc hurts that much or there would be many more complaints.
Jord and Galen also hurt btw..

I think the Galens proc is killer. In 15-16 one I proc, even if the mage has nekro and shield, all I need is 1 stun and proc, and it's game over for a mage. For a rouuge it takes a bit more, but the proc is OP af.

Jord is ok, I love the proc in gw and I love staffs in general (bias) :D. I used clever flamestrike assault lvl 15 cuz I liked how it looked, but Jord is now my third favortie staff right behind lvl 16 wyrmbone of brut.

Eloia I do not like as much. I feel its a great bow, but with the shale recurve of potency and all the other bows, it's a bit lacking. Believe it or not, I would choose umbral over Eloia :). The proc is a bit useless when you are up against a nekro.

Overall what really matters about these 3 weapons is their proc.
