Since the beginning of the game many things have changed. From the maps to the npc's inside, to the textures and background of each thing BUT... The running puppy when you open the game!
In my opinion it means alot, its been there since the day I logged into Arcane Legends for the first time. The game is supposed to show fearful monsters and friendly people and even though it might have nothing to do with a game "opening screen" I do think this could be changed [emoji4].
What about...implementing a new pet or a new background to its opening screen? Something that shows what really AL is (IMO). Like a mage summoning fire or a battle between the mighty dragon of Tindirin. Personally theres many ideas around the community (if it is that only I am thinking about this) and maybe the puppy or dog is sadly no longer cute [emoji17].
Ps: hope im not in the wrong place!

I like that puppy thoughl, but I like your idea. Why not see the whim bros trolling around (or should I say, whiming around xD)? Or watching squeakem and Squishem running for a nut.

The running puppy is arcane, he never gets tired and he can run forever. Leave this classic puppy alone.

It will be neat if they add tips like most other games
Maybe each login shows a random pet, and 99.99999999999999999999% shows the puppy, and the remaining 0.00000000000000000001% shows Queen Latifa trying to do squats, but no one has found it yet? @.@

I would love to see squeak and squish running around! They win the internet for cuteness!

Look into the poor puppy's eyes and tell him he isn't good enough. Look deep into those endearing, yearnful puppy dog eyes - full of innocence - which beg only for your affection. Look into those eyes, and try to tell the young pup that he isn't good enough for you. Tell him he is a failure and then watch his soul crush beneath the weight of your cold, callous words. Do this and feel no regret.
Only a true monster can accomplish this soulless feat. I say the puppy stays.

If you put that running scene from Baywatch, I think you will never get complaints about infinite loading.
Ppl will log just to lag in the load.

I thought this tread was about the extremely long loading times and sometimes dc when changing maps. . . well guess some things are just more important for some ppl

The poor pup took this job to help support the rest of his litter ..and here you are ready to put him out of a job! I mean what other work can a puppy find these days?
If the thought of a sad puppy at kinkos putting together a resume and filing for unemployment does not sound important to you..well then your just wrong!

You know what? The running puppy is not bugged and it works. I don't want any additional lag/bugs on log in changes! Don't mess with something not broken!

Glad the puppy has found gainful employment.. I was worred he would fall in with a bad crowd and get picked up and sent to the pound

it will be more interesting if sts do a "loading screen" like in dota 2 lel just my opinion....

You know what? The running puppy is not bugged and it works. I don't want any additional lag/bugs on log in changes! Don't mess with something not broken!Could you imagine? You try logging into AL, but they change the puppy and it becomes bugged and 75% of the time opens up Candy Crush. lol
