I had sent sts a email and you guys said i needed proof so i sent a ss of it but no reply, i hope you but can look through my inv history from 3 days ago and correct this issue

You will have to wait some time before STS responds to you. It took about 5 days before STS gave me back my Brood Crate recipes.
Anyway, Good luck getting your helm back!
