I think it's just a waste of gold ( Just my opinion ) .

Make it tradeable?... no

- Would inflate the hell out of the economy. (in the bad way)

- the first few days would be hectic cuz 10m right now is a lot.. so if 500+ more people with 10m are running around buying stuff, we in trouble. Bye bye f2p aspect.

- if they were tradeable, either they'd be sold for same price (no point then) or cheaper, in that case no point of buying from Sir Spendsalot. Even if buying the 10m one gets u the title. Then lets say buying it off npc will cost 500k more than auction/street. 500k for solid gold title is undermining the whole aspect of "solid gold" considering 500k can be made in less than 5 days.

OVerall aint worth it
