Elite crystal heart ashral tower at shuyal final map isn't losing any HP upon attacking. Kindly fix this issue

Are you damaging the "guardians" whatever they are called?

Ah I had this same problem. The thing is your doing too much damage which leads to this glitch. I suggest you hit the guardians with your basic (auto) attack continously. This is what helped me finish this AP. (It will take you less than 10mins) plus I used toor so finished it all pretty quickly.

Anyway first shuyal also, my friend help my twink open shuyal first map and she killed one of the guardians (poison one) the shield opened then it dont close anymore, and the hp not reduce but there's a number that show the boss took damage, fix this asap

This glitch isn't cause of killing the guardians cause most players not that much powerful.
Also in first map , killing guardians makes us eventually stuck with the map , not able to go to next map / kill the boss

I am talking about the boss in ashral tower elite crystal heart .
It has 3 guardians alive but can't attack the heart
