Major bug

I have recently encountered a bug when traveling between travelers outpost watchers tomb 4 and expedition camp. What happens is everyone and my character dissapear so it is just a black screen then my pet appears and shows his pet trick.

How frequently does this happen? Does it help to log out of game and log in? Does it happen again?
Usually such problems happen right after the game has been updated. Usually it helps just to log off and log in again.

Nope it was not after an update, it happens everything and is really anoying
