How do I install public test servers for arcane legends?

There are currently no public test servers
And because of some complaining, STS has decided not to do test servers again :(

Not necessarily. :) Public test servers do serve a great purpose for really big updates, but they are very heavy on the work behind the scenes so we can't do them for everything. I'm sure you'll see them again.
