Unable to lvl beyong lvl 13 after purchasing n playing in the new map

I purchased the map dark forest already... Y my character still can't go above lvl 13??? I went into the new Dark forest map to play either solo or with party before... I even spam potions just to endure to at least clear a stage before seeing whether has my character gain any exp...

Do you have any progress on the yellow XP bar where it shows [Level 13]?

You do need to play in the Dark Forest maps to level above 13. Please PM me if you are still experiencing problems.
