Anyone experiencing "duel" bug

When i duel any player it says "you are already in a duel" can u fix this sts???!!!!

I really loved this game so much and i dont want to be dissapointed because of this bug

I experience Galen Maul proc reducing the target's armor in duel. But this might be the case in ctf too.
