Hello! This is a message both to stress the concern of other players and not just myself. I've been playing pl for years now and I've used support to help me through many issues and they've been wonderful. Shoutout to Chad! I just want to know what has been going on lately??? People have been complaining along with me that support emails aren't being responded too. I sent 2 emails in from 2 different address and I got a response on one and then he stopped replying and it's been over 5 days?!? I even messaged the dev repeatedly. I didn't even receive a message back on my other email. Just wanted to know everyone's opinion along with the people behind support. Just want to know what's up.
