The description of the Windmill skill states that it has a range of 6m. The Increased Radius upgrade states that the range is increased to "6m".
Is this just a typo. in the description, or a flaw in the skill?

the description changes by the upgrade...
if you don't spec the upgrade, the description will say having 4m range

This makes perfect sense, thank you. No doubt I will observe this during the re-specification, following the new expansion.

So I would suggest that this is a bug in the Windmill description.
