I don't know the best build for one but I know that you should use Frozen Nightmare pinks

At lvl 35, Voodoo stuff is better (but more expensive) IMO

what i heard voodoo master set is best, but its more the skill build wich makes u competitive..

Use Voodoo Helm, robe, pin, doll/brain freeze eyeball.
No one who competes im 35 pvp will tell you their build sry. :(
