As we all know there is constant deflation in AL, the equilibrium is constantly changing due to sts's lack of ideas.

So you may be thinking, how do I truly become rich to afford the item I want?

Well, simple when you've accumulated a certain amount of gold if it be 10k, 100k,1m,10m etc.
Go to your stash and put it all in there, then log off for a duration suited to your needs - experience life.
(As fun as the gauntlet is, don't take your money out of stash for this, resist the temptation lol)

Then when you log on, you'll be richer then before in terms of value of gold due to deflation.

E.g I stashed 15m which could of bought me a single arcane weapon on release, a week later I could afford 8 of them. So in theory I became 8x richer.

As the saying goes 'time is money' the only opportunity cost is fun. :)

Hope for the best, but For example the Halloween vanity's were initially 15-20m, then they all dropped to 5-10m a set.

No, but it most cases you'll be able to afford more of the same things similar to a pay rise. Lol

Coin has two faces, you are judging on single face. We will soon be watching exact mirrior of current situation, where your old 10m can't pay you equivalent value. How does it works?
In this season most of us got our requirements and many hold their requirements to be fulfilled later with new client. Your gold worth may depreciate when current items and gears loose its incredibility.

I do agree that gold tomorrow seems to have more buying power than it does today. I've lost more gold to depreciation than to any other source of gold drain in the game.

But doing it this method will start a recession. There will be no more items at all since those people popping know they can't sell them.

Well, AL economy has an inverse effect, reducing consumption would shift demand right...LOL
