Yah, if you play on your pc, this will usually happen. All you gotta do is restart the game or delete and download it again.

Look like this happening to few gmail acount, i try make new char in email and use old Facebook acount, they run smoothy.
But when i try use my gmail still have same problem, cant login, auto dc in character menu or cant conect to server.
This happening after comfirm google play game acount in game.

This message and screenie you get does not mean what it says, it is a default message that should say something like "failed to connect with servers".
I can get this message anytime when I'm logged onto my works free wifi. They have some sort of plan that doesn't allow the immediate info exchange a mmo or maybe some torrents would need.
I have also heard that some peoples schools or dormitories having free wifi but folks would see this message and not be able to connect on that connection.
Not saying this is the case for you, but as a fact I will see that screen if I try to log onto any mmo using my works wifi.
