Is 41-43 PvP active? I would asume so because of the cool mythic, arcane ring and planar pendant. I have a low level toon I want to level for 41-43 but first I want to make sure it's active and not waste my time.

Yeah its active, but not as active as other brackets due to the extreme competitiveness you'll be facing.

Considering imbued sets are still remarkably more powerful than the lvl 46 gear available at the moment, imagine the difference in competition without any of that gear available.

I imagine a maxed out gear set at that level (with para) would be priced in the tens of millions.
