Yes Shadow and I Zero downed him this morning couldn't screenshot it as im on my DROID.
The way to beat him is to have a commando grab aggro (make sure You have some hp stims) keep miner kited and others kill the egg spawns as they explode and damage you and miner. Stay calm keep tank up and soon he will drop. Also we screen shakes get to wall to miss falling rocks.
Other note devs his drops we're horrible. :)

I use this (https://market.android.com/details?id=com.bw.picme.local&feature=search_result) for grabbing screenshots on android. You give the device a little shake and you'll hear the shutter sound as it takes a screenshot for you in the background.

That requires ROOTED device. A very small % of Android users have rooted devices, and lately more and more developers are making their software intentionally fail if your device is rooted.

Universal Androot (http://androidcommunity.com/universal-androot-now-available-in-android-market-one-click-rooting-for-many-devices-20101007/) comes in very handy for this situation ... 1 click root/unroot :)

be warned tho rooting your phone voids the warranty and has a slight chance to brick your phone. I rooted my og droid as it was old and needed to be faster. Not gonna root my x or x2 right yet. Need better stable roms before I will.

I upgraded my Dell Streak from the beginning with DJ_Steve's Hacked Android and never looked back, I've updated to each of his releases ever since. It out-performs the official release by a considerable margin and also removes all the crappy bloatware :) can't argue with that. It even fixed a few things that weren't working with the official Release ie. the WiFi hotspot options etc. If Carlsberg did mobiles ;)

BY THE WAY. I have a fascinate...im pretty sure you can hold the back button and power button to screenshot. You dont have to root. I highly suggest not rooting if you are not familiar with it because it's VERY easy to brick your phone...i've done it many times and honestly. I get better battery life using stock kernels rather than using Custom ones...

The team I was on took him down last night after about 5 tries. I used over 50+ health potions.
