is planar pendant still worth it?

39 dex,39 str,and 39 int..
190 healt 90 mana
5.2 damage
and special proce

while i know dragon hunter amulet of warfare lvl 46 gives
48 to primary stat..
7.02 damage
48 armor

as far i can see,,dragon hunter amulet better than planar pendant...

am i wrong?
