What happen to this situation sts?i did not do anything wrong.but what happen?how could i play again my al acct.?

Same problem here bro. But it was explained many times that a system error occurred. All we have to do is to patiently wait. And that's what im doing for the last 8 hours now xd. As they say, you have nothing to fear if you have nothing to hide.

The funny thing for me is that STS support did send me an email but their reply is about Platinum Issue where in I never purchased any platinum. My Problem is about banned account. Is there something wrong?

The funny thing for me is that STS support emailed me about Platinum Purchase where in fact my problem is about Banned Account. I never purchased any platinum yet. So i hope my problem get fixed soon.

My device got banned too, and what a coincidence so many player's devices was been banned in same day. I Already report it and still no reply.. Right now im playing AL at my wife's phone..

They got many emails it takes time for then to check each mail nd look into the problem

U r not the only one banned just wait for 24hrs

Everytime i send a report on their contact us,the reply they made in my email was, Platinum issue..were was ther claryfication to my report? Ive send a report 5 times..and their reply was still the same..Platinum issue....tired
